As the only large surface parking lot in the heart of Abbot Kinney we are the go-to location for marketing events oriented towards the diverse foot traffic on the Boulevard. The historic bar “The Brig,” which is part of the property and adjacent to the lot, and the vintage murals painted on the side of The Brig building combine to give the location an authentic ‘Venice’ feel. For years location scouts have used our lot for film shoots as well as TV and film openings. In 2008 the Kogi BBQ foodtruck debuted on our lot marking the beginning of the gourmet foodtruck revolution, as described in Jon Favreau’s feature film “Chef” which was filmed here. We continue to be a foodie destination as the focal point for the monthly First Friday on Abbot Kinney event. Ever since GQ Magazine dubbed Abbot Kinney “the hippest block in America” two years ago we began hosting consumer activations, mobile tours, ride and drives and parties for brands including:
